Careers

Bryant West Psychology is building a diverse practice in the heart of Manhattan for psychologists and social workers who are looking to work in an empowering, transparent, and clinically-minded group regarding our patients and our relationships with each other. We are dedicated to social justice and equitable compensation.
At BWP, we understand that the process between employer and employee parallels that of supervisor and trainee and that of the therapist and patient. We want those who work for us (with us) to be well-attended to so we can grow and flourish together as individuals and professionals. We know that qualitative aspects of the relationships among us inevitably work their way into the therapy relationships between our staff and the patients we serve. That is our model. If we deviate from it, it is up for discussion - and we must do so.
We offer competitive financial arrangements and a full suite of benefits. We will work with you to build the practice that best suits your skills and interests so that you can develop and express your clinical voice - " do your psychotherapeutic dance" - in a supportive and open environment. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Steve Schneider to inquire about opportunities to grow with us.

Supervision

Our licensed clinicians are available for supervision to the greater mental health community including graduate students, far and wide (online), and in NYC. (in person). Please read our individual bios to make an appointment with the clinician of your choosing.

We will encourage and support you to find your clinical voice - the one only you can speak. You will be hard-pressed to find the same level of attention in other training settings. We are dedicated to compensating your work in an equitable manner as well as offering you a full suite of benefits.
